Hyatt Regency Dearborn to become Radisson

Carlton Rezidor announced that the Hyatt Regency Dearborn will become the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Dearborn on October 31, 2012.

The 772-room hotel will undergo a multi-million dollar renovation starting in November.  The soon-to-be Radisson has 62,000 square feet (5760 square meters) of meeting space including a rooftop ballroom.

Other amenities include a spa, indoor pool, gym, and whirlpool.  The hotel has a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a coffee bar and lobby bar.

Carlton Rezidor operates over 1,300 hotels in 81 countries under brands that include Radisson Blu, Radisson, Park Plaza, and Hotel Missoni.
