Interjet Launches JFK-Mexico City Route

Interjet Airbus A320Interjet, Mexico’s second largest airline, has added a new route between New York City’s JFK and Mexico City.

The daily, non-stop south-bound flight will depart JFK at 7:25 a.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The north-bound flight will leave Mexico City at 4:40 p.m. and arrive at JFK at 10:30 p.m.

In celebration of the new route, Interjet is offering round-trip tickets for $349. The offer is valid through August 31, and includes baggage fees for two suitcases up to 55 lbs each.

Interjet currently operates out of Miami and San Antonio in the U.S., as well as Guatemala City, Havana, and San Jose (Costa Rica).
