Google Offers Expands Boingo Wi-Fi Hotspot Sponsorship Across U.S.

Boingo announced that Google Offers has expanded its sponsorship of free and discounted Boingo Wi-Fi hotspots to 24 locations across the country. The sponsorship previously covered six NYC subway stations and over 200 Manhattan locations.

The new sponsored hotspots are located at select shopping malls in cities that include Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Tampa, where shoppers will have access to complimentary Wi-Fi. Travelers at 16 U.S. airports that include New York JFK and LaGuardia, Chicago O’Hare and Midway, and Houston Hobby and George Bush Intercontinental will be able to use Google Offers for 50% off a Boingo AsYouGo 24-hour access pass.

Boingo’s Wi-Fi advertising and sponsorship network includes over 60 airports worldwide, as well as over 40 shopping malls, sports arenas, transit stations, and metropolitan hotzones.
