French Restaurant Opens in Jumeirah at Etihad Towers

Brasserie AngéliqueJumeirah at Etihad Towers has opened a new French restaurant, Brasserie Angélique.

Brasserie Angélique is a traditional French brasserie, located in Etihad Towers across from the lobby and main entrance. The restaurant’s interior features wooden parquet, black and white mosaic floors, chandeliers, and molded ceilings.

The menu, designed by chef Niels Van Oers, features seasonal cuisine prepared using fresh produce. Specialties include Pate de Foi de Volaille and Cassoulet de Toulouse.

Brasserie Angelique is open from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
