ExpertFlyer Releases Free Seat Alerts App

By Michael Acampora on 3 August 2012
  • Share, an informational frequent flyer website, has released its free Seat Alerts iPhone and iPad app.

The app allows travelers to set and receive alerts about available seats on their flight. Travelers can set alerts options to “Any Aisle”, “Any Window” or “Any Seat”, be notified if such a seat becomes available, and then change seats via their point of booking.

“Our Seat Alerts app completely removes the need to visit our website to set up a Seat Alert and allows travelers to create and manage their alerts from anywhere,” said Chris Lopinto, President and co-founder of ExpertFlyer. “Whether it’s from their hotel room or in the back of a cab on their way to the airport, Seat Alerts app makes it even more convenient to secure a more desirable seat on your next flight.”
