Starwood will reopen the Eastland Park Hotel in Portland, Maine as the Westin Portland Harborview next spring, following a $40 million renovation.

The hotel, which first opened in 1927, will be fully stripped down and renovated to include the signature Westin services and comforts. The 289 rooms will feature Westin Heavenly beds, the brand’s line of bathroom amenities, and high speed Wi-Fi.

The Westin Portland Harborview will also offer guests the brand’s SuperFoodsRX menu, and a restored and expanded Top of the East rooftop lounge.

The hotel is located in the city’s art district, across the street from the Portland Museum of Art, and near the State Theater.
