JetBlue and Cathay Pacific have announced an interline agreement that will offer more connections to the Asia Pacific region from the Americas.

Later this summer, travelers will be able to travel with a single-ticket and only do one baggage check when connecting between the carriers at JFK and LAX.

Cathay Pacific offers four daily flights to Hong Kong International from JFK, which is the most of any carrier between JFK and Asia. From LAX, Cathay Pacific offers three daily flights to Hong Kong.

JetBlue serves 71 destinations, and is the largest domestic carrier at JFK.
