DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Downtown Opens

DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles DowntownHilton Worldwide has opened the DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Downtown, after purchasing and renovating the former Kyoto Grand Hotel and Gardens.

The hotel’s 434 rooms were all fully renovated, as were the public spaces, hallways, and meeting and event spaces. Rooms now feature Sweet Dreams beds, 42” LCD TVs, and high speed Internet. In-room amenities include bath and body products from Crabtree & Evelyn Citron.

The new hotel’s signature feature, a Japanese-style rooftop garden called Kyoto Gardens, offer views of the city skyline, and can be used for events and meetings. In addition, the hotel offers conference space and meeting rooms, as well as a 24-hour business center.

Other features of the hotel include the Azalea Restaurant, which serves Asian-Californian cuisine, the Rendezvous Lounge, and a 24-hour fitness center.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Downtown is located one block from City Hall and the Civic Center.
