Alma Restaurant to Open at Casa San Agustin in Colombia

Alma at Casa San AgustinCasa San Agustin, a luxury boutique hotel in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia will open a new restaurant, Alma, this September.

The restaurant will be headed by chef Hector Aguilar Valle, and offer coastal Colombian cuisine. Chef Hector Aguilar Valle will combine the Colombian cuisine with Australasian, Cambodian, Thai, and Indonesian influences.

Alma will be located near the hotel’s ancient aqueduct and walls, and offer formal indoor seating with a full menu, as well as outdoor, poolside, and bar seating. Sample dishes include Colombian-style bouillabaisse, roasted sea bass, and slow-cook pork.

Casa San Agustin is a boutique hotel located in the port city of Cartagena de Indias that features 22 rooms and 9 suites.
