Sheraton New Orleans Hotel to Undergo Renovations

Sheraton New OrleansSheraton Hotels & Resorts announced that its New Orleans property will undergo a $45 million renovation, to be completed by next year.

Each of the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel’s 1,100 rooms will be completely refurbished, as will the Sheraton Club Lounge, lobby, and meeting facilities. Rooms will feature large work desks, high-speed Internet, LCD TVs, and Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds.

The renovated lobby will feature a Link@Sheraton business/social hub, as well as access to the hotel’s Starbucks coffee shop and remodeled Pelican Bar. Improvements to the Pelican Bar include new lighting, tables, and floors, which will be completed by September.

The Sheraton New Orleans Hotel recently finished renovating its gym to offer Sheraton Fitness programmed by Core Performance, the chain’s proprietary fitness program.
