Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile to Undergo Renovations

Davidson Hotels & Resorts has announced it will take over management of the Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile and complete a $25 million renovation of the hotel.

The wide-scale renovations will upgrade the Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile to the 4-star category and include new check-in and lounge areas, as well as a new restaurant. Other refurbishments will include new furniture, flooring, and lighting.

The renovation will also double the size of the hotel’s fitness center and add a technology zone where business travelers among others can  work.

The 417-room, 17-story hotel is located in downtown Chicago, near the city’s Magnificent Mile retail district.
