American Airlines to Add Miami-Paraguay Route

American Airlines Boeing 757American Airlines has announced it will add a nonstop route between Miami International Airport and

Asunción, Paraguay’s Silvio Pettirossi International Airport. The route will be offered four times a week, beginning November 15.

The southbound flight will leave Miami at 11:40 pm on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, and arrive in Asunción at 9:40 am the following day. The return flight will depart Asunción on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 11 am and arrive in Miami at 5:05 pm. All flights will be operated aboard Boeing 757s.

The new route will make American the only carrier connecting the U.S. and Paraguay with nonstop service.
