American Airlines Summer Schedule in Effect

On June 14, American Airlines’ summer schedule went into effect. The airline added several flights from Miami International Airport including non-stops to Manaus, Brazil and Seattle, Washington.

American had previously announced it will offer Miami to Paraguay service starting in November.

Also on June 14, the airline added a non-stop from Los Angeles to Washington Reagan National Airport and from Chicago O’Hare to Kitchener, Ontario.

The LAX-DCA route will be operated using Boeing 757 aircraft, which feature 22 first-class seats and 166 in coach. American is currently upgrading its 757s to include new seats, interiors, and LCD monitors.

American is also restarting service on a number of seasonal routes including Los Angles to Aspen, Colorado, Chicago to Helsinki, Chicago to Honolulu, Dallas to Vail Eagle Colorado, Dallas to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Boston to Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
