Westin Announces Project Hive Workspaces

Westin has announced newly redesigned business centers in its hotels, called Project Hive.

Project Hive will be designed with the mobile traveler in mind, and feature media:scape by Steelcase technology, video conferencing, wireless internet, and collaborative workspace areas. Other features of the Project Hive workspaces are whiteboards, Samsung TVs, printers, and Xbox 360 game consoles.

The workspaces may be booked by the hour.

The Project Hive workspaces are currently available at the Westin Boston Waterfront and the Westin Arlington Gateway Hotel, and will soon be at the Westin Grand Munich. The brand plans to expand Project Hive globally throughout 2013.
