Hyatt Regency Riyadh to Open in 2013

Hyatt has announced it will open the Hyatt Regency Riyadh in 2013. This will be the seventh Hyatt brand hotel to be developed in Saudi Arabia (and the second in Riyadh).

The Hyatt Regency Riyadh will offer 257 rooms, including 37 suites. Other amenities will include two restaurants, both a lobby lounge and a Regency Club lounge, and a fitness center with a pool.

The hotel will be located in Riyadh’s Al Olaya district, and near the city’s Central Business District. Riyadh is Saudi Arabia’s capital, and its largest city.

Hyatt is also currently constructing the Park Hyatt Riyadh, which is expected to open in 2015.  The only Hyatt currently open in Saudi Arabia is the Park Hyatt Jeddah, which opened in 2009.
