Air France has started flying a new route between its hub at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Wuhan, China.

The airline is operating the Paris-Wuhan route three times a week aboard Boeing 777-200ERs. The 777-200ERs are all equipped with Boeing’s full sleep Business class seats.

Crews on the flights are trained in Chinese culture, and there are also interpreters onboard. In addition, Air France offers meals designed by Chinese chefs and a selection of Chinese (or Chinese subtitled) films.

Air France was the first European airline to serve mainland China. Along with partner KLM,  Air France intends to carry two million customers to nine cities in China this year.
