CottoCrudo Restaurant Opens In Prague’s Four Seasons Hotel

A new Italian restaurant has opened in the Four Seasons Hotel Prague.

CottoCrudo which means “cooked and raw” in Italian, is features a large crudo bar that offers various cheeses, a salami and prosciutto tower, and freshly baked bread, as well as an extensive wine list

The restaurant will feature seasonal ingredients and a menu that emphasizes Italian and Mediterranean dishes, including seafood, homemade pasta, and artisan products from the Piedmont and Tuscany regions of Italy.

The 142-seat restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails.
