San Francisco International Airport has opened a yoga room in Terminal 2, which recently underwent a significant renovation.

“When we began to remodel Terminal 2, one of our goals was not just to bring the glamour back to air travel, but to also make the entire experience less stressful and more enjoyable,” said airport director John L. Martin.

Passengers will find the yoga room just past security and next to the Recompose Area.

Directional signs in the airport show a pictogram of a person sitting in the lotus position.

The room is softly lit and blue to create an atmosphere of calm, reflection and quiet.
