Hong Kong Airlines Unveils First All-Business-Class A330-200
To announce its new routes and in-flight services, Hong Kong Airlines is spotlighting its new all-business class A330-200 aircraft,the world’s first, on a media tour in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing
The new all-business class aircraft features Club Premier and Club Classic cabins. Club Premier’s 34 completely flat-bed seats are in a 1-1-1 configuration, while the Club Classic cabin’s 82 seats are in a 2-2-2 configuration, with a 51” pitch and 22” width. Both cabins offer OnAir in-flight Wi-Fi and individual in-flight entertainment. Chefs Chow Chung and Jason Atherton are consulting on the airline’s new menus.
Hong Kong Airlines is launching daily all-business class service using the new aircraft between London Gatwick Airport and Hong Kong International Airport on March 7, 2012, with further network expansion planned.
