Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 Comes to Verizon
Samsung announced that the new Galaxy Tab 7.7 will be available on the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 is the latest in Samsung’s line of Android tablets of varying sizes, and features HD 720p (1280 x 800) resolution, a 1.4 GHz dual-core processor, mobile hotspot capabilities, front and rear facing cameras, and an HTML 5 Web browser. The tablet runs Android 2.3 Honeycomb and Samsung’s TouchWiz interface, which adds a mini apps tray and Samsung Widgets, apps, and media hub. It is 7.9 mm thick and weighs in at 340 grams, with 16 GB storage and support for up to a 32 GB microSD card.
The tablet also includes the Peel Smart Remote, which allows users to select video content on their tablet, then control and watch it on their home TV via a built-in infrared blaster.
