The W Paris – Opéra hotel will open in an historic 1870s building, across from Opéra Garnier on February 14, 2012.

Designed by Rockwell Group, the 91-room hotel retains some architectural elements, such as the structure’s original vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows and marble staircases and fireplaces. But it is also very twenty-first century: a digital wall that displays changing patterns runs throughout the property.

Guest rooms offer amenities including high-speed Internet access, iPod docking stations, 24-hour room service, and flat-screen TVs.  The hotel will also feature a fitness center and a concierge desk that is manned 24 hours a day.
