United to Launch Service Between Washington Dulles and Doha, Qatar
United Airlines, a member of the Star Alliance, plans to begin flights between
Washington Dulles International Airport and Doha, Qatar.
The daily service, via Dubai, UAE, is scheduled to commence on May 1, 2012, pending government approval. United will fly the new route using 269-seat Boeing 777 aircraft, with lie-flat seats and on-demand entertainment in first- and business-class cabins.
United flights will serve Doha International Airport until the New Doha International Airport opens in 2012.
